1. APPLICATIONThe registration form must be completed and returned by 31
st March 2009, at the latest. Each participant must fillup a form. .
2. PARTICIPATION FEE
The fee for the Asia Pacific Gathering per person is : RM = Ringgit Malaysia

Two in a Room RM1100
Three in one Room RM850
This payment includes the cost of:

All meals from 16th July dinner to 21st July breakfast included. (Except lunch on excursion day);?

One tourIt does not include some optional excursions on free day
Note that for all accommodations are provided on first come basis in resort condominiums in the Resort. Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
3. ARRIVAL
Indicate on the registration form your expected time of arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Special
transportation will be provided on arrival from the airport to resort and on departure from resort to airport.
4. INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to arrange personal travel and health insurance, which should include refund of your Asia
Pacific Gathering fees, if you are prevented from attending.
5. ACCOMODATION
All rooms have private bath-shower, toilet, hot/cold water. Drinking Water ? 6 Bottles.
6. EXCURSIONS

Chilling Waterfall/Buddhist temple/ Hot spring- full Day RM200CHILING WATERFALL is approximately 80km North of Kuala Lumpur (Kuala
Kubu Bharu on the way to Fraser's Hill) It requires one hour walk in the jungle and
need to cross the river five times. Details www.happyyen.webs.com
2. Visiting Hot springs / Batu Caves ˝ day RM100
Hot Spring & Caves are around 10km from resort. To get to the caves you need
to climb 272 stairs. See the tallest Lord Murgan statue and drink local coconut water.

Visiting highlands full day - RM120Take bus ride to a cable car station 40km from resort. Cable car ride to the
peak leads you to a theme park and casino.

Golf ? The First ISGF?s Asia Pacific Golf Tournament 18 holes will be held onSunday 19
th July 2009. RM120Play Golf at the resort itself. You may do this anytime ie morning and afternoon.

White Water Rafting RM295Two hours drive from Resort to a 2
nd and 3rd grade river with frequent rapids.6.
Malacca Tour - Historical city RM200A famous day excursion to the historical state of Malacca where the history of
Malaysia began. 2 hours away from KL.

. City tours of Kuala Lumpur Day RM70Places of interest in the City are Bird Park, Orchid garden, Butterfly Park & Muslim Museum ( at lake Gardens) Twin Towers, KL Tower, Entrance fee to visit not included.
